Ciao everyone we are happy to be here with you  and we have a surprise ready on our 17th video   for the first time as promised we have found an  amazing property with a pool yes here is a view   of your private pool in this medieval hamlet  yeah the Umbrian countryside stone buildings  

Pool I mean this place is hundreds of years old  it’s medieval unbelievable unbelievable medieval   here’s a closeup of the front of the house and  the side as well and look babe 27 our lucky number   something very interesting about this property  is it is very close to Lake Trasimeno I mean look  

At this there’s the lake here’s a ruin I mean I  would love to go visit this place it’s gorgeous   all right I know we said it last week it was tough  to find another property this week again I don’t  

Know if it’s off season but it was tough to find  something that had our requirements the Italian   charm the value for the money move-in ready yep  if we wanted to find a renovation project all day  

Long they are dime a dozen if we wanted to find a  house that looked like a house in the states with   white walls and white ceilings again no problem  but to find what we want has been difficult but  

We love this one we hope you do too and we filter  through all these things we may have looked at 500   to 1,000 properties this week alone to find this  one this one is special and we’re going to bring

$300,000 it had a couple price reductions and now  you’re at 215 I really think this one is a special   deal this property is a three bedroom two bath  almost 1350 square feet a garden of over 5,000  

Square feet and a pool that’s 33 by 16 that’s big  very big where is this magnificent property it is   a little bit north of Florence a little bit north  of Rome right in the middle of Italy I mean look  

At this okay here we go we have some mountains we  have a cute little town I mean this place looks   perfect how do you get to this beautiful home the  airport is only 47 minutes away the train is less  

Than 20 minutes away and you have a bus stop in  town we did planes trains buses now automobiles   so we have Paris 13 hours and 14 minutes away we  have Florence just over an hour and a half away we  

Have Rome 2 and 1/2 hours away and Perugia about  40 minutes away okay you might be wondering why   the heck is Paris on this list I’ll tell you why  because Jaimewife and I do some road trips and  

The longest we drive is about 13 hours Paris  is 13 hours from this property so we thought   we’d throw it in there for fun kind of gives  you a spread of Europe and where you’re at so  

We really liked it one more thing okay Alice from  The Brady Bunch what was her boyfriend’s name and   here’s a hint I think he owned the meat market he  did here’s a look at the front of this beautiful  

Home again and I love how you can sit outside  it’s so pretty little table down there have a   little coffee whatever you want to do yes okay  so look at those stairs let’s go up those stairs  

And check out this house we’ll walk up the stairs  right here and we will end up in an enclosed porch   area this is the door at the top of those steps  and you are now in this beautiful space you could  

Use this as another living space look at the stone  look at those beams on the ceilings I mean this is   awesome I love this place I know it’s so pretty  I would definitely put a little bit of furniture  

Out there so you can sit out there and have coffee  or just enjoy the gorgeous view and then the great   thing too is the windows are double glazed and  the listing says that there’s also screens on  

The windows and we love having windows open for  fresh air so nice yeah this is a beautiful space   entering the house from that enclosed porch area  you walk into the kitchen look at this kitchen I  

Mean the granite is beautiful you have a gas stove  you have a lot of storage it’s light and bright   and crisp I really like it so from the kitchen  you walk into the living room but look at the  

Stone surrounding this doorway right I love that  and they have French doors too so if you needed   to close it off while you’re cooking people are  doing something else in the living room it’s so   nice perfect so let’s head through those doors  into the living room here we are in the living  

Area it’s a nice space pretty floors and I love  the little accents again look at the beam in the   wall the stone around the doorway again and babe  ready look at this woah that is giant fireplace  

Solid stone fireplace I love that that is a wood  burning stove I mean that’s the centerpiece of the   room for sure maybe the house I love it medieval  fireplace here’s another view of the space looking  

Back towards the kitchen you can see two windows  that make it bright and open in this space that   fireplace is so spectacular I’m drooling over it  warm up by the fireplace I wonder if the dogs come  

With the property because they’re so cute it is  cute it’s very cute okay you walk up a few steps   from the living room into this beautiful dining  room okay look at this this is a pretty big space  

That is seating for eight and you have the whole  other side of that room you can put an office   down there you can do a few things you can have a  little lounge in there too I mean this is pretty  

Cool it is and if you didn’t want it as a dining  room you can make it a bedroom or any kind of flex   space you want and I love those beams oh love them  if you like oranges then this house is for you if  

They leave the oranges but they might have spoiled  by that point but I don’t know anyway stone look   at that stone medieval stone I mean this one is  scraped over here I mean it is gorgeous love yep  

History right there okay this is the last shot of  the dining room look at that stone wall need I say   more you head up these stairs right here take  a look at that there are the stairs into this  

Bathroom this is a really nice size bathroom I  love the large window natural light in a bathroom   is so amazing sorry babe there’s no cute bidet a  where’s my cute bidet awwww the nice sink though  

Again the green trim I love that did you say how  large that shower is that looks very big yeah I   was I wasn’t asking you I wasn’t asking you I was  telling them I was asking you to tell them oh no  

I didn’t it’s very big I was like did I it’s big  it’s big big yeah also on that level is the first   bedroom this is a big bedroom babe high ceilings  light and bright look at all the natural light  

Coming in that window look at those floors babe  beautiful yeah definitely I know in Tuscany too   they paint the beams they paint the ceilings  I think it works up here because it makes it   brighter and feels more open it’s such a really  pretty room though it is so here is another shot  

Of the front of the house right here this window  is the window to the bathroom right here is the   window into the dining room and then obviously  here on the left those are the windows into that  

Porch very nice now going through those doors  on the right bottom corner you go into this very   pretty bedroom this is that bedroom again this  is a pretty good size bedroom look at how deep  

That room is and babe the stone I love the stone  floors the cute beams this place is pretty special   I know and I like this too because if you have  guests they have their own little space separate  

From kind of the main area of the house absolutely  and off of that bedroom is this bathroom for those   guests so they have their own private entrance  they have their own bedroom of course and their  

Own bathroom I mean this is pretty cool yep and  we have a surprise coming for you wait for it and   here’s the surprise a washer and a dryer ding ding  ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding a dryer I  

Can wash my clothes in Italy but I usually can’t  dry them I am going to dry my clothes thank you   very much then off of that laundry room is another  space you can use it for a bedroom a workout room  

An office there’s a lot of flexibility here yeah  and look at that babe those beams are gorgeous   and you’ve got the terracotta you got my favorite  you know this space is pretty cool this person has  

Looks like a day bed they have some hobby it’s a  hobby room for some collectibles and stuff pretty   cool here’s another thing about this space that  I love ready one two three boom you also have  

A private entrance into this space how flexible  babe is this space it is it’s great for guests mhm   you may have noticed there’s some other buildings  surrounding this property again this is a medieval   hamlet there are ruins all around gorgeous look  at this hundreds of years old and it’s absolutely  

Beautiful seriously how cool is this so cool so if  you walk between these two buildings babe what do   you see thank you you see this this is the base of  your pool look at the stacked stone you go through  

That little gate and you go up into your pool I  mean this is so so well-kept this is gorgeous I’m   guessing this picture was taken from the bathroom  looking down on this beautiful space so also right   there where the white door is that’s additional  storage and also the pool equipment an aloe plant  

Then you walk up those stairs look at the olive  trees the cypress and there’s a lot of property   there yeah look at the stone walls and the  grass and the Umbrian countryside I mean please as we said earlier this is your private pool  and private land right here look behind the  

Pool look at all that space back there you  could grow vegetables you could grow fruits   you could have a badminton set what else could  you have babe pickle ball pickle ball you could   do a lot here I’d probably leave it as is and  just kind of chillax and I absolutely love this  

Space again what do I love so much alfresco dining  we would be out here a lot looking back at this   beautiful hamlet probably making pizza grilling  out whatever’s happening drinking some a little   bit of vinos love you babe love you salute let’s  take a moment to really appreciate these views  

Honestly that is such a great spot looking at the  Umbrian countryside oh my gosh and you’re under   the shade of the trellis sitting at that cute  table having some coffee having breakfast lunch   or dinner playing some cards living your life I  mean you know this is just one of the multiple  

Seating areas all throughout this property I love  this place we have to do this property justice   and show you a few different shots of the pool  looking back at the home looking over the Umbrian   countryside and looking at that gorgeous hamlet  that is a great picture babe you see the pool you  

See the house right there you see some ruins you  see the hills and the mountains I mean I’m blown   away by this place I don’t know if I would ever  leave the property because it’s so stunning but if  

We wanted to get out and meet our neighbors there  are four restaurants in town yes here’s a shot of   one of those restaurants I mean that doesn’t suck  you guys are starting to know what we like we like  

This stone we like wood beams we like terracotta  floors looks like there’s a little maybe that’s   a fireplace maybe it’s just a light but you know  what I want to eat some food and drink some wine  

Absolutely if you are hungry take a look at this  we have quiche we have zucchini we have eggplant   we have cannellini maybe we have amazing looking  bread with tomatoes what else do we have babe I   see little mozzarella balls and some green beans  and prosciutto roasted tomato maybe that’s garlic  

On the I don’t know but I’m hungry this looks  amazing oh my gosh how can you not love this   about Italy some table wine some homemade bread  yep sign me up the two food groups of Italy wine  

And bread and pasta they’re three and the fourth  one is cheese and the fifth one is what you have   one more go oh no olives olives this sandwich  looks amazing I would like to take a bite we  

Love a good club sandwich and this obviously is an  elevated club this is yeah if you want to elevate   your Italian Club yeah elevate your sandwich you  know it’s too bad though babe what they don’t  

Have any pasta they better have pasta oh there’s  the pasta there has to be yum that looks amazing   it really does want to eat at home cuz you don’t  want to leave those gorgeous views there are three  

Grocery stores in town and this is interesting two  butchers in town right you want to make a special   meal get a special cut of meat love it go there  have them chop up some meat for you chop up some  

Meat for you yeah they might chop it up it’s funny  there’s also a bakery in town that has pastries   that look like this yep I want Italian pastries  in my mouth right now 10 words it’s great okay I  

Want the cream horns on the right there yum look  at the little tarts in the middle love it we have   to go and meet our neighbors of course three  bars in town and a coffee bar love it yep if  

You want to elevate your drinking cuz I do where  do we go babe the winery we go to the winery the   winery is 23 minutes away and this place will  really elevate your drinking boom look at that  

Wow I mean oh my gosh I’m not sure what look at  the view I’m not sure what I’m looking at here um   I want to drink wine on the top of the building I  want to drink wine wine inside this little glass  

Thing I want to drink at that table I want to  drink at that couch I want to drink wine all   over this place that’s beautiful this wine cave  is so marvelous look at the barrels and there’s  

Seating there so I wonder if they do tastings in  that room smart they’re smart you don’t always see   tables down there you know whoever owns this  winery you are very smart salute salute okay   let’s wander through the town because the name  of our channel is Wandering with Wine so here we

Go this thing is not okay there it goes we’re  driving we’re driving we’re wandering okay uh   cute town mountains in the distance take a look  over there at these mountains I mean that is   pretty yeah it’s so gorgeous it’s really gorgeous  so let’s check out the downtown area if you will  

Let’s do this and this place looks cute I like  the trees here okay looks like you have a little   uh piazza here let’s see what we have let’s see  let’s see all right oh my gosh and you’re buried  

In nestled into the hills and the mountains okay  let’s head down this road and see what we have   I love that look at the stone and the building  gorgeous those gorgeous terraces the flower boxes   yeah mountains off in the distance everywhere  you go y there are surrounded by mountain views  

It’s gorgeous a tower or something right there I  love that you know let’s head down the road here   so the town doesn’t seem to be too big it kind  of seems perfect for us though it’s something   yeah it’s a quaint town you know there’s some  stuff there but there’s not too many people  

There’s no hustle bustle we really like that  it’s kind of our vibe no hustle bustle it is   okay we’re heading out of town here keep going I  think we’re at the edge of town babe let’s take a  

Left up here okay trees some fresh air sunshine  a nice breeze a beautiful wife uh here we go   literally Under the Tuscan Sun Under the Tuscan  Sun okay time for some need to knows hospital is  

23 minutes away doctor in town one doctor in town  uh no tooth in town but you have you know half a   dozen maybe a dozen dentists in the general area  for your teeth there are two pharmacies in town  

And for your cute little fur babies for the Zoe  and Maui the veterinarian is only 10 miles away   great one special aspect of this property one  there’s multiple yeah there’s not only one and   it’s this it’s a lake Lake Trasimeno this is  a very cool lake and I’ll tell you why look

Are people up in the top of the tower I see  people wow that is stunning I love that yeah   this is a place to go and explore time for  the fun stuff hiking 20 minutes away come

On where’s the beach okay that was terrible okay  ready one more time where’s the beach the beach   is 11 miles away 23 minutes and this is a beach  on the lake there are three golf courses by this  

Property the closest one is 37 minutes away yeah  and if uh one of these golf courses happens to be   near a home like on the fairway and you slice into  someone’s window there is a hardware store uh 22  

Minutes away um and you can repair some buildings  actually two hardware stores two hardware stores   alright a few more need to knows gas station in  town pretty cool post office two of them send a   postcard to someone could be a family member  it could be someone you want to make jealous  

It could be a little bit of both uh two post  offices in town need to go to the hair salon   there are two in town go to the gym first then  go to the hair salon but there are two by the  

Town get your hair done and then get it perfectly  washed and blown dry and all that and then go to   a gym where people are sweating and you rub your  head all over the stuff no no all right don’t do  

That if you’re wandering through the town and  you need some clothes because your shirt gets   a stain your pants get ripped why are your pants  getting ripped there is a clothing store because   you’ve been eating too many of those pastries  and you bent over to pick up a golf ball on the  

Golf course before you broke someone’s window you  had a big day you had a big day and then there is   a clothing store 15 minutes away there are three  schools in the area let’s talk about temps baby  

How hot we can be she is talking about temps yep  and this place is pretty cool the average high   in the hottest month 75° 23° for you Celsius  people and the humidity is very reasonable I  

Like that you don’t even see the word muggy on  there love it love it Chris C in Colorado this   place might be for you that’s right mobile  and internet Verizon 5G Iliad’s back in the   game along with WindTre Iliad had more coverage  which is why they’re first 4G plus and 4G WindTre
