My wife and I have traveled all over different places in the country the difference between those tours and this tour was the more personal interactions we had I would have to say my favorite part is meeting all the people you know the personal things that we were able to
Do go to the farm go to their home and see how they live see how they talk we did the cooking class in patrice’s home it made you feel like when you were family you’re in the house it made you feel home she made the pesto I’m not a
Great cook but that looks so easy so I’m definitely going to be able to make a pesto with the noodles the last little Vineyard we went to a little private one with the husband the mother and the wife there I learned a lot about um wine being made the natural way and how
Everything was defending each other it was a balance of everything right instead of using chemicals their olive trees were protected by the um the other trees that uh um attracted bugs that would attract other bugs to get to the olives and I love learned a lot from him
Because he talked about we’re here just as humans and working with everybody we share the Earth and every time I drink a glass of wine I will think of him and his mother and how he named his wine after his daughter and his mom and that I will resonate I will remember him
Seeing the sights and everything is wonderful but interacting personal that’s what I really love I always felt at home with everybody and I could see the emotion I could actually understand what they’re saying without them really speaking the English language it wasn’t just walking around spot to spot to spot
Take pictures take pictures okay walk around yeah I just enjoyed the people that we met everybody shared each other’s stories and it was just wonderful meeting new people and I know I’ll continue to um communicate and keep in touch with everybody for sure abely
