ingredienti per 30 ciambelline circa
300gr di farina
100ml di olio di semi o d’oliva
100 ml di vino laziale bianco o rosso
80gr di zucchero di canna
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
mescolare tutti gli ingredienti
lavorare bene l’impasto
lasciare riposare l’impasto in frigo per 30 minuti
dare forma alle ciambelline e zuccherarle
cuocere in forno ventilato a 180° per 20/25 minuti
