You know in Italy it’s so funny because you fall in love with a place and there’s always like one little thing that prevents you from pulling the trigger and buying this this weekend you know so we’re going to look at an apartment which is sort of a surprise

Because it’s a very pretty it’s in the middle of town in the middle of the Historical Center of bitano so it’s within walking distance of everything and there’s a wonderful BMB across the street so if you have gu you can have them stay there cuz I have a feeling

It’s small but let’s go see it might be gigantic I don’t I know nothing because they tell you nothing they just take you there they think maybe you might be interested but really it’s probably something he wants to sell all right let’s Go we’re looking at another apartment same building as the 1800s Apartment um huh oh this is super cute Kina quo see this is really cute this is very cute I always like it when they say that there are two bedrooms because I would turn one of the bedrooms into a bathroom for sure because I if I would renovate

This I always renovate it up to like American Standards because that’s where I live and I do like the American Standard I like the charm of Italy and the American standard of living so that’s how I always go in and look at these as as if I was going to live here

This is very very cute this is a very cute apartment Karina ohto Karina oh this is so cute so this would be the CAO you could buy it with this because I love this table it’s cute um okay so this is the kitchen very very cute I would do probably nothing to this

Kitchen I would leave it as is I would probably want to buy some of the furniture actually and it is uh set up for gas gas a gas stove probably put the sink over here the gas stove over here maybe the refrigerator over here I love

This table we’d leave this in the center it’s very cute and that’s it you know just super simple so we have an oven we have a a sink we have a refrigerator those are the things we need I mean you could put a dishwasher in too there’s

Enough room for that um this is super cute okay so so when you liveed in Italy in the winter time it’s very cold so the Italians live in their kitchen so this would heat be a warm space to hang out and uh yeah so I mean this is there

There’s really nothing to do here this is move in ready at €90,000 I think it’s a it’s a really the floors are fantastic this is a good choice to leave this as is and then just you know give it another coat of paint this is a very cool apartment for

Somebody that wants to live in town it’s a great location it’s close to everything it’s uh fairly quiet the only thing is there’s a bar next door if that’s not your thing to have people sitting out at the bar in the evening I don’t know that it’s a loud bar though

So I know the city and that bar is not particularly Rowdy or loud or young so it’s not like you’re going to be hearing like you know EDM music or something while you’re trying to get some sleep so this is really really cute oh this is

This is you know there’s enough light that comes in from the door we really love these cement door casings this is very of the regions like everywhere you look these casings are here um it’s just very quintessentially L Jana oh this is good so it’s one owner and she wants to sell she lives in Sicily but she’s from this area and so um I I guess she doesn’t get up here so she decided that she wants to sell it but it’s great cuz it’s one owner you’re

To be repaired and my concern is we’re dealing with a man that owns an apartment that wants to sell it that doesn’t really care about that apartment very much I I would have to have a guarantee that they would fix that Terrace before I would even consider

Buying this and in other words they would have to be repairing it I’d have to see it being repaired um but yeah oh this is such a cute room so I would do this room as a bedroom leave the bathroom there because it’s already plumbed redo that bathroom take the

Dining room and pull into it a little bit there’s already an opening there and you put a bathroom there the kitchen’s not far away so it’s pretty easy to do the plumbing there this would not be a deal breaker for me but it would be a more complicated purchase because they

Would have to not only guarantee but they would have to start works on there before I would close on this and that in Italy that’s not bad because it takes a while to close on things it can take two months before all the paperwork is done so they could fix that within that

Two-month period in 8 weeks they could fix it we could see that it’s fixed and then they could repair this and then I would buy this I like it I love it it’s a thumbs up for me little more complicated thumbs up so it’s more like

This kind of thumbs up but this is a great property and it it is in a beautiful area great views you on one side you’re in the city on the other side you look in the countryside uh you have a beautiful large Terrace a Charming kitchen that opens up to the

Terrace it’s pretty fantastic so yeah this is a good one atim let’s buy this one so this is what I’m thinking uh it’s 90 I’d probably do 990,000 on it I think it’s worth it uh it’s two bedrooms two bathrooms there’s storage there’s a beautiful Terrace so I think it’s priced

Well I would probably spend 50 to 75,000 on um all the the painting The Furnishings uh you know it’s got electrical it’s got Plumbing it’s got all the things there’s you know a bathroom that needs to be redone and then there’s another bathroom that needs to be built but it it’s pretty minimal

Uh so yeah that’s that’s what I would spend on this I mean for €50,000 you can have a beautiful pater in the middle of Viano within walking distance to everything I just think it’s Charming as heck so um yeah I loved it fantastic v v gra Fredo one more down I’m very excited
