When one thinks of Sicily, I suspect Cabernet Sauvignon is not the grape that comes to mind – maybe it should be : Feudo Arancio 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon – available at the winery (and other fine wine stores).

Today it’s a wine from metac Corona which is a winery located in Northern Italy in the uh torento Alto ad region it’s a Cabernet sovol and I can hear you saying H Cabernet Soo in Northern Italy I’m not sure that’s really what I want to drink but you do when it’s grown in
Sicily this is their Sicilian project fedo arancio 2020 Cabernet s uh it’s grown in sambuka De Sicilia which is in the province of agento there they get plenty plenty of sunshine in Rich clay soils with uh I thought it was a pretty standard 12 months in French BK of which 10% is new
The fruit really shines here folks let’s dive into the glass where this wine really shines is the pallet it’s got notes of chocolate red cherry and black cherry but but it’s silky across that palette the tannin are subtle it’s hidden amongst a little bit of vanilla and a little bit of
