Favorite restaurant namin ang Olive Garden dito sa States… kung maalat kasi cheese ang laging halo ng food. Buti nga kayo unlimited lamonade, dito sa States wala. Ang soup nila ready made na yan na naka pack at iniinit na lang
Olive Garden is a restaurant chain like Fridays, Applebees, Dallas Bbq…etc. most of the time “basura” pagkain nila especially sa big cities. Pero i think mas maganda customer service and quality dyan sa pinas compare dito sa NYC location nila.
Customer service could be improved but if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine and experience this is not the place lol. Olive Garden is an American chain. Italians don’t even go this place lol

Italian people consider Olive Garden a joke, so no, it's not real Italian food. However, good food is good food. I've been to Italy many times and nothing compares to genuine Italian food, but Olive Garden isn't that bad IMO.
Olive Garden is more Italian-American food. It’s just basically a typical cheap Italian place in the US. It’s also OVERPRICED for a restaurant of a similar quality in the Philippines. At that price, a luxury hotel has similar prices already.
But if the food is that bad, there should be a reason why there’s a lot of branches worldwide anyway.
