Notes: This small estate of 19 hectare is located in Castellina in Chianti and had its old cellar restored in 2016 following Tuscan traditions, like concrete tanks. This is a deep ruby red with light violet hues. Notes of red fruits and small berries associated with light sensations of cherries and an ample flower bouquet. Great structured wine, characterised by a good balance between acidity and tannins, with a persistent finish. This wine ages for 2 years in used oak barrels followed by 6 months in concrete tanks. It is a ready to drink wine but with good potential for ageing. This wine pairs well with Tuscan or other antipasti, pasta with vegetables, roasted and grilled meats.
