Our pursuit to improve we shouldn’t be miserable and only eat rice cakes with salt seriously is there anyone who enjoys these things I just want to focus on eating things that I enjoy that may not seem the most nutritious at first but when you really think about it they’re straight back with good

This dish here has a sauce that’s almost entirely based on cherry tomatoes they break down into a sweet creamy and savory sauce along with garlic lemon and Anchovies and it’s just delicious and orzo is just fun it’s a rice shaped pasta and I’m here for it all the way

I’m finishing with some spinach that is inevitably going to shrink to nothingness I’m adding my shrimp back and there you go friend the fun healthy meal right here you’re welcome wow Kevin what a great thing

  2. If you want rice cakes not to suck try them with cottage cheese, zaatar seasoning, and tomatos or if you dont have zaatar:cottage cheese, tomatos, basil and olives, preferbly black or kalamate
