In a wonderful panoramic position in the beautiful landscape of the Majella National Park. A detached house with garden and land for sale, a few km from the town centre of the medieval hamlet of Caramanico Terme. The property, in great state, furnished and ready to be lived in with all utilities already connected is disposed on two levels: on the ground floor we find a kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace and a small bathroom with washing machine, on the first floor though an internal wooden staircase we have two master bedrooms, a small bedroom and a nice bathroom. The building is located in a very calm area, ideal for those who love the nature, peace and hiking activities, however, in a short amount of time it is possible to reach great restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, grocery shops, clothes shops besides essential services such as pharmacy, bank, post office and much more. The village of Caramanico Terme is easily reachable thanks to comfortable and wide streets both from the city of Pescara (with 40 minutes) as well as Rome (in a bit more than 2 hours).

That’s where you will put your washing machine and dryer and we can go upstairs now you have plenty of rooms here oldfashioned doors and oldfashioned tiles that was a what I was saying probably from the80s According to the style I’m seeing here so this this room is probably the

Best view which is the one where we were before something interesting we notice at this here so you have this window here you open it and you have no railings you you can just trip and Fa like 3 m in broke every bone so I was told there was the raing and uh

For some reason it was removed but let’s close the window so we it don’t fell downstairs uh this bathroom and guess this bathroom is how can I say red it was pretty popular uh again in the80s to do to use this sort of colors you you often see green bathrooms uh red

Bathrooms the light blue bathrooms now of course it’s a out of fashion so you need definitely to change the tiles and uh yeah rework a little bit here we have a small bedroom which can be either single bedroom with a small bed or studio studio will be nice here um and here it’s

The problem with I mean the problem the the issue we had outside where we you cannot exit from here on that small Terrace which is little bit of a shame and here we have another bedroom this is a slightly larger I will say uh but not the largest but but

Slightly larger so yeah guys all in all an interesting house I think especially uh due to that amazing outside area views are really really astonishing it needs some work look at this what is this is probably yeah for the heaters it’s coming straight from the past so definitely something that
