[Music] so far our Master Chef hopefuls fromย  all over the country have been auditioning forย ย  a place in this year’s [Music] competition 20ย  amateur Cooks have made it today they face theย ย  ultimate elimination test and John and Greg willย  be joined by one of the country’s harshest cookingย ย 

Judges I think you can’t call yourself a decentย  cook until you can do a decent [Music] roastย ย  from this 20 we need to sort out the bestย  12 today’s culling is going to be [Music] ferocious a new Master Chef kitchen and weย  are about to embark on the most extraordinary

Journey thousands of applicants andย  I’m in the top 20 I can’t believe itย ย  it’s absolutely fantastic I wouldn’t beย  here if I didn’t think I could go all the way for me doing something like thisย  is is a dream I think I can get a lotย ย 

Further on in this compan competitionย  but there’s some stiff competition I’mย ย  hoping it’s the start of somethingย  really big and really different for me I’m more scared about today than aboutย  getting married you and I know that one ofย ย 

The 20 who’s going to walk through that doorย  is going to be our [Music] champion [Music] getting through the auditions was great that’sย  wonderful that’s nothing that’s nothing comparedย ย  to this today we want you to create one dish butย  within your dish you have to use an egg if youย ย 

Were thinking about doing an omelette you mightย  as well just leave now this is tough seriouslyย ย  tough at the end of this eight of you will beย  leaving [Music] us come up and get your [Music] ingredients the contestants now have 10 minutes to choose anyย  ingredients from fish row chicken duck quail andย ย 

Ostrich eggs a selection of meat fish and seafoodย  including beef steak smoked salmon prawns andย ย  Squid a range of vegetables as well as ler Foodsย  herbs and spices too much Choice their simpleย ย  workstation consists of a grill and a hob it’sย  absolutely terrifying mostly being thrown by theย ย 

Fact that we don’t have an oven just a basic eggย  it’s brilliant in its Simplicity which makes it difficult you’ve had five minutesย  you’ve got five minutes left it’sย ย  got a difficult challenge I thinkย  I know the egg is lots of thingsย ย 

But you forget what those things areย  [Music] sometimes one minute [Music] left I’m just going to grab everythingย  and think about it [Music] then youย ย  know what we expect 1 hour one dishย  ladies and Gentlemen let’s [Music]

Cook they have cook for us one dish inย  1 hour they have a griddle a hot plateย ย  and one gas ring no oven it’s half test [Music] photographer Matthew made it through the auditionsย ย  with his suac spiced chickenย  you have a place on Master ship today Matthew has selected ingredients toย ย 

Create another Middle Eastern dish ofย  steak with Ober jeine and cauliflower frites so the egg’s going to be used to makeย  a batter for your cauliflower fr that’s rightย ย  so more less like a COR type idea alongย  those sort of lines yeah I’ve worked as aย ย 

Waiter in a restaurant that uses pan Middleย  Eastern food and I’ve been quite inspiredย ย  by those kind of things as well Matthewย  we wish you the best of luck thanks guys cheers I work freelance as an editorย  and a photographer I’ve done enoughย ย 

Of what I’m doing and I really want to doย  something different and something new and [Music] exciting I want to not go home soย  badly I’ve got no shortage of flare it’sย ย  skill I’m worried about so what are you makingย  Tim I’m going to make a bit of grilled cod withย ย 

A potato and caramelized cauliflower salad Alย  and mustard vinegarette and a little bit ofย ย  fish row where are you using the egg where amย  I using the egg oh that’s right I forgot aboutย ย  the egg there’s also quail eggs in the saladย  and a poached egg on top and also the fishย ย 

Eggs so it’s sort of triple egg you seem toย  have the mind of a Mad Professor if you don’tย ย  mind me saying that’s okay that’s okay becauseย  sometimes the experiments might not work butย ย 

You got to try it I don’t think it’s too muchย  of a risk it’s just got to come together right [Music] interesting ladiesย  and gentlemen you have had 20 minutes my mother is a big inspirationย  so I’m doing this for my mother as wellย ย 

As myself I really want to exceedย  and be the best I can in this field Gallery assistant Elizabeth stood out in theย  auditions with her unusual interpretation ofย ย  Singapore chili crab you are deconstructing andย  reconstructing and you are Dearing to have yourย ย 

Own style you have a place in the competitionย  today she’s taking another Risk by servingย ย  brazed fish with a chantilli mayonnaise did youย  say chantilli mayonnaise yes it’s Rich creamyย ย  mayonnaise with a bit of ripped green but not tooย  much cuz I don’t want it to overpower the other

Flavors we’ve got quite a bit of Holland daysย  mayonnaise all those egg based emulsions goingย ย  on really really tricky if that splits I ain’tย  going to eat it I ain’t going to want to taste [Music] it healthcare worker Paul’s breadedย  mackerel with rhubarb was an audition highlightย ย 

Oh I think that’s beautiful that’s restaurantย  looking food he’s decided to poach an egg inย ย  clingfilm and serve it on top of his fish withย  a red wine [Music] sauce you’re trying to poachย ย  an egg in King film yeah You’ wrapped it inย  King film yeah why didn’t you just leave itย ย 

In the shell and put and boil the eggย  cuz I thought it would be neater if Iย ย  kept it in the cling FM it would be nice andย  round and I put it onto the onto the thing Even when I was younger I had experimentย  with food might be cheese on toast butย ย  you know I’d throw herbs in itย  maybe put tomato on it like a pizza I want this so badly I want thisย  almost more than I wanted anything elseย ย 

Actually for me before Fiona only justย  made it through winning the last placeย ย  in the competition with an impressiveย  dessert Trio the last Master Chef Placeย ย  goes to Fiona Fiona what are you goingย  to make for us incorporating the eggย ย 

P tie there’s going to be egg through theย  dish egg through the noodles with the fish Yes 40-year-old vegetarian Jackie has also decidedย  to make Pad tie the second pad tie of the day Iย ย  know I know who’s going to be top draw I thinkย  it’s going to be me because she hasn’t been toย ย 

Thailand and the way pad Tha is served here isn’tย  how it’s meant to be served what’s riding on thisย ย  for you everything’s riding on this actually Iย  just need to hold it together I need to stay calmย ย 

I need to keep my energy in check and then it’llย  be fine [Music] in my heart I feel it’s my destinyย ย  to be a master chef and I feel it’s my destiny toย  win Master [Music] Chef you’re halfway everyone

Halfway I can’t at my age just give up work andย  go back to college start again from scratch soย ย  that’s why doing this is so important importantย  to me I’m going to do a selection of tapest soย ย 

I’m going to do tortilla on top of it I’mย  going to put short so sausage and then I’mย ย  going to put a fried quail’s egg good luckย  thank you so much hopefully I don’t need Look 38-year-old bank manager anaisa is alsoย  taking a Spanish approach your dish for todayย ย  is griddled squid with potato tortilla I’mย  inventing something today so I’m going toย ย  do a Moroccan oine and pepper salad worried bitย  nervous it’s quite ambitious what I’m doing I’mย ย

A pasta maker it’s going to have to be a prettyย  special bowl of pasta isn’t it yes it’s going to be I’m very determined andย  very passionate about what I do I just want to get cooking you got just 20 minutesย  left 20 minutes [Music] left

We got pasta being made in the roomย  we’ve got noi being made in the room it’s a really good thing they’reย  actually using their brains it’s hard Work glaswegian medical writer Nikki madeย  it into into the top 20 cooking profetoย ย  rols in a boozy orange and chocolate sauceย  I think they’re absolutely delightful thank you Nikki The Humble egg what dish have youย  been inspired to cook for us I’m going toย ย 

Make for you um a mayonnaise and some tempuraย  H squids and um prawns so I’m using two eggsย ย  one for the mayonnaise and I’m using theย  other egg to make the tempura batter howย ย  does it feel though Nikki to know that youย  are in the 20 it’s a bit surreal but it’sย ย 

It’s it’s an absolute privilege it really isย  keep smiling keep smiling just want to enjoy it I do like my job but I don’t love it not in theย  way that I I love cooking I just think it would beย ย 

Absolutely fantastic to be able to do somethingย  every day of your life that that you [Music] love I’ve spent the last four years changingย  nappies and being mommy at home which I love if I won I do private dining and I thinkย ย  that would complement being aย  stay at home mom really quite

Well what are you making Polly I’m making ILย  fitton today so poach mering’s on a custardย ย  base with a caram prle so you’re using theย  egg whites to make your mering and you’reย ย  using the egg yolks to make a custard M goodย  juice of eggs yes fairly eggy I think it mightย ย 

Meet the brief very very classic indeedย  yes it’s really risky I understand thatย ย  doing classic simple things like this obviouslyย  there’s nothing to hide behind it’s got to be right the hour is almost up for eight ofย ย  these contestants their dream isย  about to end [Music] oh who whoa

A oh my God oh my God I can’t believe I justย  did that Jackie yeah you’ve got 15 minutes left this is what I want thisย  is my dream I don’t want thisย ย  dream to end because I dropped a pan [Music] So lots of very very determined people lotsย  of people working very very hard but youย ย  can see mistakes happening because they’reย  so nervous I should have cut myself twice forgive the nerves but they’ve gotย  to get that food on the plate in time listen up you got four minutes

Left You’ve Got Just 2 minutes left 2 minutes 30 seconds finishing Touches that’s it time’s up step away time’s up First to face the judges is 40-year-oldย  mother of twins Jackie who’s made pad tie I’m really pleased that you didn’tย  give up once you dropped your plate thank you it goes a little bit sweet then it goes reallyย  Citrus and then it just sets on fire with that

Chili in there you got those lovely noodles theyย  are slippery they are crunchy they are maybe aย ย  little bit too firm but I love the where it tastesย  because I dropped a pan that would be the worstย ย 

Thing to to go home on a foolish mistakeย  if I go through I’m going to be absolutely elated legal secretary Fiona has also made Pad Thai I like your prawn noodle dish I’mย  going to call it that rather than a padย ย 

Tie because there is a lovely flavor of prawnย  bisc running through those well cooked noodlesย ย  from there on it is nowhere near anythingย  out of Thailand it needs a lot more gingerย ย  and coriander and chili and spice but asย  a PW noodle dish with egg it’s quite tasty

Bank manager Analisa has made griddledย  squid potato tortilla and an oine pepperย ย  salad the squid did not make it ontoย  the plate in the time we allocatedย ย  so I’m not going to taste it oh that hasย  to be fair to everybody else in the room

Okay the tortilla your omelette withย  lots and lots of Fred potatoes I thinkย ย  is lovely and tasty but I don’t seeย  how the oine sits very well with theย ย  tortilla itself I think it’s slightlyย  mismatch now I don’t think it quite

Works lovely torer but even withย  the squid I don’t see how you’reย ย  making one plate of food I ran out ofย  time it’s just a shame really yeah I’m disappointed photographer Matthew hasย  stuck with his middle eastern styleย ย  serving steak with obene coliflowerย  fritters and a lime and coriander

Sauce for me the steak isn’t cooked properlyย ย  I do like the fritters I likeย  the oine it’s whether that’s enough 26-year-old American Bornย  Tim has cooked grilled fish on aย ย  potato cauliflower and quail’s eggย  salad topped with a poached egg anย ย  ale and mustard vinegret and fishย  row it looks very exciting very

Stylized you have an issue in theย  fact that your little potatoesย ย  aren’t cooked enough besides that Tim I think it’s astonishing I’d go so far as to say I quite like it thanks you Looney following Tim there is a run ofย  exceptional food ex University lecturerย ย 

Peter impressed serving steak with Hollandย  sauce Peter I think it’s great Bara mom Annieย ย  also made a perfect Holland days with herย  salmon spinach and poached egg that lovelyย ย  Rich egg yolk against that smoked salmon isย  just delicious Tom’s mushroom and hazelnutย ย 

Ravioli was the first pasta dish to wow youย  work really hard and it’s paid off I likeย ย  it a lot Tom excellent fashion lecturerย  Claudia also impressed with heri chizoย ย  and garlic sauce it may well look unusualย  but tastes great and chist Kennedy made anย ย 

Impact with his chizo pasta I appreciateย  and admire the skill in the pasta you’ve made Carpenter James won praise for hisย  prawns with potatoes and a chili garlicย ย  mayonnaise you’ve got nicely cooked PRSย  nicely cooked potatoes and nicely made

Mayonnaise can intensive care Sister Sara impressย  enough with her egg pasta oine archo and tomato sauce lovely fresh flavorsย  of vegetables and very goodย ย  seasoning but your pastor is getting a little bit sticky I’m not that in love with the pasta thanks s

If only the pasta were betterย  I really want to stay I don’tย ย  want to go home I really don’t want to go home healthcare worker Paul hasย  served a clingfilm poached eggย ย  on Fish with spinach and a red wine Holland days

That one side but I’ve never seen that beforeย  in my life an egg poached in King film stupid mistake it’s unusual it’s adventurous Iย  like adventurous Cooks but I don’t quite get this weird glasgo based medical writer Nikki has usedย ย  the egg to make a pepper mayonnaiseย  serving it with tempora prawns and

Squid there are lots of issues on this plate yourย  mayonnaise has split it’s curdled you can seeย ย  inside the prawns they’re not cooked enough you’reย  having what we call one of those days I think it’sย ย 

All going wrong [Music] I split my meise but Iย  did slice the limes very [Music] well Nikki wasn’tย ย  the only one to [Music] struggle sheep farmerย  Serena missed the mark with her fish cakes garlicย ย  mayonnaise and provinal vegetables not a greatย  deal of flavor coming from the fish cake I thinkย ย 

The whole thing needs a good amount of seasoningย  [Music] and biogenetics graduate Neil made basicย ย  errors cooking his fish on noodles with a mushroomย  and truffle sauce this sauce is far too wateryย ย  the fish isn’t cooked all the way through theย  execution of some of this stuff leaves a lot to be

Desired there are now only fourย  contestants left will they fare any better 24-year-old model and mother Alice hasย ย  made steak on truffle Mash withย  Holland days and Parmesan [Music] crisps I like your Mash I like the idea of theย  Truffle running through it I like the seasoningย ย 

On your beef technically I think it’s doneย  really well I was really happy with the dishย ย  I turned out everything went fine I really hopeย  they put me through I really want to show themย ย  what I’ve got in my sleeve for the next roundย  cuz I got some really good [Music] ideas momย ย 

Of two Polly has made the only pudding eel flantย  merang floating in custard topped with a caramel sauce the consistency of the custardย  is very good the consistency of theย ย  poach merang is very very goodย  but I can taste the cornflourย ย  running through through your custardย  little mistakes but good okay thank

You hey hey vanilla custard andย  that egg white fluffed up meringย ย  like that is a joy very niceย  very very clever use of the egg can and gallery assistant Elizabeth’s unusualย ย  chantilli mayonnaise with brazed fish aย  poached egg and tomato sauce win over the

Judges honestly I don’t know howย  I feel about it the lightness ofย ย  the mayonnaise is an interestingย  texture but that strong cod withย ย  the sweet tomato and the poach digย  at the same time isn’t quite right Finally it’s call center workerย  onine with a potato tortilla withย ย  chizo and quail’s eggs garlic potatoes and garlic mayonnaise your potatoes aren’t cooked no you can’t eat them sorry onine really nice rich garlic mayonnaiseย  the concept of the potatoes would haveย ย 

Been really good thing should they haveย  been cooked that’s a very well-made tortiaย ย  we do have some problems here you okay ohย  sweetheart come on come on it’s okay it’sย ย  okay we know you’re nervous just justย  okay we’re here to see the good not theย ย 

Bad just come okay you right yeah good onย  better laugh again now that’s it yeah yeah good you’re here because you’re one ofย  the 20 okay maybe it’s just a bad day atย ย  the office eh yes I think so definitely withย  those potatoes I’m absolutely kicking myself

It to win it one of the most skillful dishesย  in the room today was poly’s hats off to herย ย  lovely dish they were impressed with the use ofย  the egg so I yeah I hope it’s enough good food toย ย 

Day great food today honestly really warms myย  couples we got some brilliant contestants butย ย  there were some disasters oh Cy it’s reallyย  tough to make a great mayonnaise most peopleย ย  succeeded but for Nikki it went all wrong theย  dish didn’t work and Nikki knew it when sheย ย 

Walked up to the bench I don’t think I’llย  beat me in KN again I’m absolutely got it who stays and who goes we can’t takeย  them all with us only the very best cooks I would be absolutely devastatedย  if I go home I can’t go home there’sย ย 

So much more left for me to show themย  oh I can’t there are some contestantsย ย  that need to leave now others I’m notย  too sure but for those who disappointedย ย  I mean your heart’s got to go outย  to them it’s really tough [Music] We’re really happy that we chose 20ย  fantastic Cooks we simply can’t keep you all Claudia Tim [Music] Peter Annie Jackie you’re in congratulations car [Music] thanks Neil Serena Nikki [Music] Analisa Oni we know how hard you’ve tried andย  you’ve got real [Music] skill butย ย

Went home I had a Lifeline I am very veryย  happy that I’ve been given this chance atย ย  the end of yesterday I couldn’t be sure whereย  I was now I do definitely feel like I’m readyย ย  to go and show them why I should still beย  in the competition I’ve been quite excitedย ย 

Today I’m really looking forward to gettingย  one of those two places hopefully yesterdayย ย  hasn’t given me too much of a KN I justย  need to show them what I can do today no mistakes there’s a real need in me to goย  through and take one of those final two [Music] places

Business I think you can’t callย  yourself a decent cook untilย ย  you can do it decent roast for me theย  perfect roast is all about the [Music] meat so I’m going to be reallyย  interested to see how well they cook the

Meat it’s all about timing it’s not difficult butย  they do need to get that right Sarah intensiveย ย  care nurse from York put her heart and herย  soul firmly belongs in Italy today for herย ย  it is about proving to us she can cook somethingย  else besides just pasta SAR the most importantย ย 

Question of the day what are you cooking forย  us I’m cooking roasted Grouse Italian styleย ย  potatoes like my mother used to make and a niceย  game Jew delish are you going to keep the birdย ย  bloody or are you going to well it supposedย  to be um fairly pink that’s how I’m goingย ย 

To keep it good I having been given the secondย  chance I want it even more and I cannot get it wrong I’m very determined healthcare worker Paul’s inventiveย  style can wow but his poached egg wrapped inย ย  cling film and red wine Holland daysย  wasn’t good enough to earn him a topย ย 

12 place I think after yesterdayย  that I’ve showed him that you knowย ย  I like to experiment you know try newย  things different techniques today I’veย ย  got to show them that you know I can alsoย  cook you know classic dishes you know as

Well what are you roasting today I’m doing aย  roasted loin of lamb roast potatoes and salcย ย  fondon with a a red wine reduction Paul thisย  is a deviation from your normal style you’reย ย  usually inventive today you’re playing it safeย  I wanted to show you that I can also do likeย ย 

Classic cooking and cook well Paul good luckย  [Music] [Applause] [Music] thanks you’ve had 30 minutes Elizabeth Art Gallery assistantย  Singaporean influence and her food isย ย  very stylized today she’s going to cookย  for us a roast dinner how that’s goingย ย 

To be influenced by a background I haveย  no idea it could be extraordinary [Music] wow uh sort of UNS Sunday roast kind ofย  ingredients it yes it is I’m doing moreย ย  of an oriental roast cuz this is what I’mย  used to I’ve been brought up on orientalย ย 

Food what what are you doing tea smoked roastย  duck with peases and deep fried Taro with aย ย  really nice spicy plum sauce you call it Taroย  I I call it tarot it’s a it’s an Asian starchyย ย  vegetable it’s big and starchy you’d useย  it like you would a potato yes Elizabethย ย

Chili and Spice this is the second time Fiona’sย  been given a Lifeline this is her last chanceย ย  what are you roasting today I’m roasting aย  Time roasted fet of beef York puddings someย ย  pureed carrot and sweed and goose fat roastedย  potatoes essentially I’m a mom cooking a roastย ย 

Is that the inspiration the feeding the familyย  or what what is the inspiration for the dishย ย  the inspiration is my dad um he passed awayย  6 years ago at age 58 very suddenly I thoughtย ย

London and he loves the idea of the Middleย  East it didn’t quite work for him yesterdayย ย  because it was a little bit confused todayย  his roast has to come together as one dishย ย  everyone knows the roast dinner everyoneย  does it but I think to get the right oneย ย 

To get all those elements right is actuallyย  quite a it’s a task in itself Matthew what’sย ย  your roast made up of it’s roast beefย  yure pudding roast potato toast horseย ย  radish sauce cabbage and carrots no Middleย  Eastern North African spicing no Bulan noย ย 

Greek no Turkish nothing like that at allย  the inspiration for today Matthew my mom’s Ro [Music] inis just two places up forย  grabs my issue right now is whetherย ย  they get on the plate in time and time andย  whether they can get on the plate with some

Style big thing for me with all of them is goingย  to be the sauce will the sauce hold the dish together last 2 minutes this is their last chance to impressย  if they don’t turn it on today they’re out last 30 [Music] seconds that’s it time’s up Sara has cooked roast Grouse Italianย ย 

Style roast potatoes with Panettaย  and cabbage and apple and cider compt I really like that every singleย  ingredient on that plate is truly definedย ย  I love the sharpness of the applesauce with theย  rich meat of the grass I like the sauce that’sย ย 

Coting the outside of it and I can’t quite workย  out why there’s not a lot more of it but I like it that’s a really good dish I think it’sย  actually a really classic dish and definitelyย ย  defines a really good roasted meat potato andย  vegetable thank you sah thank you thank cow thank

You it meant everything today I think Iย  Prov my point I hope I proven my point enough Fiona has made th roasted filletย  of beef with roast potatoes pureedย ย  Sweden carrots Swiss chard Yorkshireย  pudding horseradish sauce and a beef reduction lovely crispy potatoes reallyย  nice little little Yorkshire pudding theย ย 

Beef is cooked very very well indeed andย  I think the sauce is the big big winner of day I like it I like it good effort Fiona really lovely and I think your sauce is veryย  very good I like that very much Fiona good jobย ย 

Thank you thanks Fiona I came back today to cookย  them something that I would have cooked my fatherย ย  if I were ever to be able to cook him anotherย  meal and they liked it and it really came from the heart Paul has cooked lamb with roastย  potatoes cerc fondant carrots and SEDย ย 

And a red wine reduction andย  mint sauce that Salia ex not [Music] cooked I like your Lamb with theย  mint sauce it’s a flavor that I just adoreย ย  but I’ve got an issue with that white fatย  on there I’d like to see that cooked theย ย 

Sauce isn’t thick enough there’s a pile ofย  salt and the potato there are issues here po I agree about the fat because lamb fat isย  actually the hardest fat for us to digest soย ย  you really want to make sure that that’sย  cooked really really well otherwise it’sย ย 

Just not very nice salc is a bitย  of a disaster cuz it’s just not cooked I think some things are cooked really wellย  but for me it’s not as good as I expected it to be sorry there was a few mistakes there simpleย  things but you know when you get themย ย 

Wrong on on a simple dish like thatย  they’re quite big deals you know what I [Music] mean Matthew has made roast beefย  with Yorkshire pudding cabbage carrotsย ย  gravy and horseradish sauce [Music] York sheย  pudding hasn’t worked but I like your reallyย ย 

Well cooked beef and the depth of yourย  sauce it’s okay actually Matthew that’s okay nicely cooked beef nice Lย  radish really good crispy littleย ย  potatoes I’d like about 37 of those littleย  potatoes please not three I’m a growing

Lead it does have a good underlying flavor andย  I think your meat works really well it tastesย ย  really really good that definitelyย  represents uh Sunday lunch thank you thanks I have no idea if I’ve done [Music] enoughย  it just depends what they say about the other guys

Elizabeth has cooked tea smoked duckย  breast with deep fried tarot plum sauce and peases I like that smokiness I I really Iย  really do it gives it an extra Dimensionย ย  I’m not used to I like the tart sweetness ofย  your plum sauce and I like the almost nuttinessย ย 

Of the tarot I’ve actually really enjoyedย  the flavors on that plate well done thank you I like the dish I find itย  interesting because you’ve usedย ย  the classic principles of an Englishย  roast but actually nothing that sitsย ย  on an English roast exists on theย  plate yeah no I think it’s great

Actually I think the plum sauce is really lovelyย  I really really like that plum sauce that tarot Iย ย  thought thought was interesting to look at andย  to learn about but it’s not doing a lot for meย ย 

Sure I’m sorry thanks Elizabeth thank you I feelย  like a do deserve a place because I wanted to doย ย  something that makes you go oh yeah that’sย  not just a Sunday dinner this is something different we now have to makeย  a decision we need to work outย ย 

Which two are staying and which three are going Home who’s good enough to line up with that veryย  strong 10 we have already I liked Elizabeth duckย ย  very pretty looking dish and I love the smokinessย  and the plum sauce taking the tarot and usingย ย  that instead of potatoes I thought it was aย  really really interesting dish I’m going toย ย 

Take issue with you two on the Elizabeth’sย  duck it was a novice dish I thought it wasย ย  trying too hard if I’m really honest Matthewย  his beef yes his Yorkshire pudding didn’t riseย ย  but he actually did cook all the other elementsย  really well Sara is a a very emotional cook sheย ย 

ELD it together today I thought the grassย  dish was really well executed the dish ofย ย  the day for me was Fiona’s beef I mean it justย  the most elegant looking it was just brilliantย ย 

She had to cook her own food and what she trulyย  believed in she did it and she succeeded at theย ย  moment we haven’t even discussed Paul celeriacย  wasn’t done properly The Source was thin thatย ย  uncooked fat that white fat no it lookedย  wrong we have all just agreed that Paul is

Out we’ve all agreed that Fiona is in theย  equation now we’ve got to work out whether it’s Matthew Sara or Elizabeth easy for me I know whoย  I want I’ve got no problem with this I know who I want I have cooked from myย  heart I’ve done everythingย ย 

I can I’m proud of my effort and I hope that’s enough if I didn’t go through the next round Iย  would be extremely devastated because cookingย ย  is part of my life it’s part of my genes it’sย  part of my culture it’s what I do competition’sย ย 

Become everything I’m not normally that muchย  of emotional person but it’s definitely a bitย ย  up and down for me in the last few days Iย  wouldn’t want to go today cuz I still feelย ย  I got a lot more to learn I really just wantย  to continue this journey I feel like I’ve gotย ย
