I really messed up. Hoping someone can give me advice?
I have a brand new Atlas 150 with a motor. I was wiping it with a microfiber cloth, accidentally hit the switch, and got the oth jammed in the rollers.
It’s in there so tightly that everything is jammed. I can’t get the motor off to remove the side plate. I can’t get the tension knob off to open the other side plate. I’m at a loss and afraid I just threw $$$ in the trash.
