Fried Porcini mushrooms with sour cream!

Recipe:
– White mushrooms (Porcini)
– Onion
– Homemade butter
– Homemade sour cream
– Salt
– Pepper
You can use your favorite store-bought butter and sour cream

  1. Ich mag es nicht, wenn man jeden Pilz mit nimmt den man sieht. Es ist mehr als wichtig das man große Pilze stehen lässt, damit sie sich aussporen können. Gibt es in der Ukraine keine maximal Menge die man mit nehmen darf?

  2. You SHOUT NOT pick the mushrooms like that! Instead just cut them from the stem so you you leave the rest of the stalk in the ground.

  5. Show the Ukrainian cuisine and not the Polish one. Ukrainian cuisine is a lard in breadcrumbs or Ukrainian borscht and not wild mushrums in souer cream or stuffed cabbage rolls.
