Less than 1 million euros!? 😲
Ciao Nick!
Thank you for showing us this beautiful property. You’ve taken us on so many rummage adventures but these kinds are our favorite, full of original character and amazing treasures inside.
This is more than Amazing!! Every single inch of this home and everything about it, is just over and above. The price as well is truly set honestly and incredibly. Certainly, well worth purchasing a Fiat or two if one was able so it seems. (Even Mackey wanted to just look around and was carried away with all seen and could not help but wander off, which can be a danger of course but you Nick, are right onto it all._)
Can see a comfortable home and maybe a Bed and Breakfast, but with so many precious items that can be purchased at the correct price, I am not sure if it would be good or not to just open home up to the public as Bed and Breakfast if it was left as more of a museum? Many would love to just see all this home has to offer, as it is now even. Must say that the furnishings and other items and maybe the electrical fixtures and many other items are not included in the sale price, they would all cost more? So truly we can see that one needs to be ready to pay more if one wanted it to look as it does now. It would be fantastic if it was as it would help anyone get off to a tremendously great beginning to their new adventure with this lovely property, There is alot of history and the Olive trees could again be used for a fine business, if the machines still work?
Thank you for taking us on this tour and really must say I could envy in a way, the people who are lucky enough to own this home, and truly know they own one of the nicest maybe, around the area, indeed. So much could be done with this lovely property, if one wanted.
Gorgeous noble home, Nick- absolutely huge! So much you could do to turn that property into a business… the different clusters of rooms on the different floors lend themselves to self-contained apartments, or a luxury B&B. There's a unique opportunity to restore and preserve the history, yet modernise (electrics, bathrooms, kitchens)- would make for a truly authentic experience. So nice to see the original Fiats (I have a modern one and love her to bits). Fabulous location, close to Perugia airport, LagoTrasimeno and many beautiful towns. Very reasonable price. Thanks for sharing! A delight as always.
The exterior seems familiar to me. What film was it in Nick?
WOW!!!
Wow Nick I am sitting here eating my ravioli, (really) and seeing lot's of nice old stuff in this huge home. Are you buying some furniture for you and Victoria's palace. What a fabulous price as well. Thank you so much for this tour. Mac seems to like this place too. Ciao. Franca💖💖
Ohhhh cantina what have you done to me?! You got me on the original mill, Olive press, and WWII Italian gas mask! Then came along the wall-mounted wooden telephone, gramophone, antique furniture, etc, etc, etc, – I'm lost in an absolute, marvelous frenzy on this incredible time capsule. What a jaw-dropping ride that was! I love every minute of it. Macchi!!!!! Get over here boy. I wanna be in your shoes so I can zoom in and out of every corner of the room. Glad to see you are having a blast. And thanks a heap, Nick! This is an amazing Thanksgiving weekend feast for my eyes. I am immensely thankful to you for everything you do.
Great property
What a charming place! I hope someone conserves it as much as possible.
Omg!
The furniture and the architecture of this home. 300 years it's been in the family? Wow!!
Was the film with Russell Crow "A Good Year" ? I fell in love with that building, location and story., even if it was another film, I'm still in love with this property.
Dear Nick, you definitely find the exquisite of GEMS in my dream location, thank you.
What a find …! Wonderful historic house which no doubt can be updated beautifully with a light touch. Given the house is not ‘listed’ potential to open up the rooms turning 2 smaller into a larger suite or gallery / living areas. One of the very best in yr v impressive opus.
Another amazing original property. Im in love with the cantinas and artefacts. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Nick is Mack a Cockerpoo? We love this house, especially the awful 70's bathroom. Reminds me of my late parents avocado bathroom 🙈
Tin Tin and Snowy have grown up and are doing the most fabulous rummages possible.
Your enthusiasm is contagious, Nick. I've seriously caught the bug.
What an extraordinary property. And the contents! Just Wow.
Thank you for showing yet another superb listing 🗝🎥
We were having bets that this house and all the land and contents would be over £2 million but £900,000 is bonkers wow wow all those cars too ❤❤❤❤
Wow! Thank you Nick for your presentations!
Bellissimo tour❤️
A home of this age, does Italy preserve these places as historical?
😎🚍⚓️🇬🇧🍷👍
Nick, the comparisons of the two bathrooms and your expression of surprise was hilarious. What a great sense of humor you have. I absolutely love it.
Wow, wow. This house is a museum !!! Amaizing the Fiat cars with modifications. The furnitures, someone are stunning. What a piece of history, as a house and as the way of live of this people. Charmy. And the view are speectacular.Thaank you Nick. Regards to Macchi
Really amazing, I think it's a great value huge value, too big for me and my one child
I love your opinion on this, and I respect your opinion, when I buy something in Italy, come on there is only one person I would turn to, you're amazing❤
Hello Nick, this lady is about right for the price cause I think there is half a million euros to fix this house at
Least in
My opinion more than a hundred thousands just for the electricity lol , I would content myself with the paintings on the wall and the iron bed . Beautiful like always gorgeous surroundings thank you Nick and Maki
Is the dog included? 😆
