The ultimate comfort food, meatloaf, polpettone in Italian, is always a crowd pleaser. This turkey version is lighter than most recipes, but just as richly delicious. It can be prepared in advance and baked before your guests arrive. Any leftovers reheat well when cut into slices and simmered in the mushroom sauce until hot. This is a favorite among my grandkids, and also works great for a potluck dinner. Tutti a Tavola a Mangiare!
