It’s sad I know I saw the results and there’s an unhealthy part of me that wants to try this. But I know it would make me spiral I’d probably try to do it for a longer period of time and I think that’s how a lot of people with EDs will see this video. It’s a sort of sick motivation for some with EDs. The way you approached it it doesn’t even seem safe for you considering you we’re concerned about heart palpitations. I just don’t understand how trying this at all for anyone could be a safe decision
I can feel ketosis after 15 hours, it's awesome!! I feel like superman! Just gotta get through some.od the pains and hunger hormone. Random things start to hurt, like my tooth – but aftyaome research, it's because my bodies attention is on HEALING. So that tooth must have needed it! I've gotten up to 24 hours so far. Don't think I'll ever do more than 3 tho

A week long fast is not an eating disorder, y’all. If you have one, obviously don’t do this, but for those in his position with some adipose tissue to spare, it is generally okay as long as electrolytes are kept up and you didn’t already have a deficiency in micronutrients. You’ll want to make sure you get a lot of micro nutrient rich food after doing this. The heart issues he mentioned were likely due to electrolyte deficiency.
Sudden and dramatic weight loss is not that surprising. It's calories out versus calories in. It's a test of endurance and determination for sure, and impressive; however, I would stress this is not at all a sustainable method of weight loss. Our bodies can function work in fasting–after all most animals do not have a reliable access to calories like we do. At issue is what happens after the fast.
The unfortunate reality is; our bodies evolved to store calories as fat, because calories was hard to come by, and now we have to juxtapose easy access to calories and not a lot of regular cardio as part of everyday living thanks to agriculture, that we end up with an excess. Weight loss and definition building is about managing calories in and calories out.
