Today I propose again an old or vintage recipe, Italian VOV Liqueur , with the help of @uomodicasa I have improved the recipe using his tool to determine the alcohol content.
Calculation of alcohol content

To prepare homemade VOV Liqueur you will need
Sugar 320 g
Alcohol 96% Alc/Vol 110 g
Marsala wine 18% Alc/Vol 250 g
Whole milk 200 ml
Egg yolks 4
Vanillin 1 g

You could possibly publish this as an ebook. Most cookbooks I have now are in electronic format. My husband is a college professor and has published many books, it his latest one he produced as an ebook. It is probably the most used textbook and he gets so many hits from all over the world.

@cuoredicioccolato In the recipe your liquid measurements switch between volume (ml) and weight (g). Is this intentional? Because they are not equivalent; 250ml of the wine was 165g
