    I’m so happy for the two of you that you’ve finally gotten your dream home. Tuscany is such a gorgeous region. Two of my grandparents were born there, so it’s special to me. I know it seems a long time from now until January, but hopefully the time will pass quickly. I will look forward to more videos from the property once you take possession of it. Congratulations!

    Im not sure if Nicki is paying all by herself for the property but,I’m sorry I just don’t like hearing “ I Sign some paper”and when she says the house in Positano is Carlo’s not her’s , that she wants something in her own, I love them both and I love watching their videos, but somehow it’s sounds to me that she wants to say it’s hers not theirs

    Yes, the large 80s house was inelegant, having little sene of aesthetic proportions as if if were designed by a weekend architect or a building contractor who aspired to be an architect. Thank you for showing us some of the buying process.

    I have been depressed like that for the last few months… I don't want to do anything. To trow the garbage outside it's a task. The place that you guys choose is the right one! The other was just not it. To big and to much work and you were right, the 1950-60 not the Tuscany dream. The river was so blue and beautiful and your husband is so cute and supportive!
