Seafood boils are a tradition in the southern states along the Gulf where sausage, corn on the cob, shrimp, crab and other shellfish are boiled outdoors in a large pot of heavily seasoned water. If you live along the coast and have access to fresh seafood these seafood boils are an incredible culinary experience. You can make a seafood pot at home that doesn’t require a large pot, an outside grill and is very simple. In this episode of POV Italian Cooking, I show how I make my seafood pot here you just toss in all your seafood, butter and seasoning into a large pan and make it in your oven.
See how I make my Easy Seafood Pot in episode 108 of POV Italian Cooking.
