Tracy in regards to your computer; have you tried clearing your cache? Go to your settings; scroll down to more tools then it should show you clear browsing history and pick if you want it cleared for 7 days or 24 hours, or what other options it gives you. Then I would restart computer. That I think is why it keep freezing on you. Please let me know if that helps. STTB
