After our mountain trek In Bukidnon, we made our way back to the coast, in Davao Oriental. I saw this man the day prior harvesting this white liquid from the coconut trees, I hunted him down the next morning to harvest this coconut wine together and to buy some from him!

You have experienced what most modern Filipinos don't have access to. It is only available mostly in the provinces.
Tuba from Sasa palm tree is even more inexplicably sweeter. If you leave it for 3 days to ferment it will definitely make you drunk.
If you wait for a week. It will become vinegar. Drinking Tuba will make you release toxins in your sweat and urine. It is that cleansing.

Just collect it good for fermentation as it acts like a yeast. The sugar is natural and healthy as per scientific proof. Do not tighten it in the bottle it can explode
