GO VEGAN……carbs are good for you…..Unless you enjoy eating hens periods, slaughtered pigs, cows and calfs o and pigs, pigglets are forced into gas chambers, burning them from inside out…..joey carbstrong will open your eyes….we are not carnivores…..Animals your eating are all herbivores and do they look thin, sickly to you. . Cows, elephants, rhinos, apes, gorrilas….

  2. i’m currently on a 1612 calorie deficit ! i hate it 😂😂 i love to eat ! but also i’m making progress and it’s all worth it !

    Shake – Water + ice + daily greens, GI product, glutamine + fiber

    Eggs – 375g organic egg whites, 1 egg, Heinz sugar free ketchup

    5:29 Meal 2 (Pre-workout)
    90g ground turkey, shredded lettuce, some cucumber, 365 organic honey mustard

    45g oats with CBUM cinnamon toast cereal protein powder

    8:20 Meal 3 (Post-workout)
    Zucchini, 200g white fish, 100g organic rice, shredded lettuce (approx 100g), 365 yellow mustard

    10:45 Meal 4
    100g asparagus, 200g white fish, 60-70g shredded lettuce, coconut aminos

    12:29 Meal 5&6 combined

    I am a small man 5'6 145lbs, and even for me 1600cal is starvation mode.
    Must be hell on earth for bodybuilders like cbum
