โ Ingredients
โข 1 pound orzo pasta
โข 4 ounces sliced black olives
โข 4 ounces mini pepperonis
โข 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
โข ยผ cup chopped pepperocinis
โข 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
โข 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed

cup olive oil
โข ยผ cup white vinegar
โข 1 teaspoon dried oregano
โข 1 teaspoon salt
โข ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
โข ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
โข ยฝ teaspoon sugar
โข ยฝ teaspoon dried parsley
โข ยผ teaspoon black pepper
โข ยผ teaspoon dried basil
โ Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Cook orzo in salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2๏ธโฃ Combine cooked orzo with olives, pepperonis, bell pepper, pepperocinis, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
3๏ธโฃ Dress the pasta salad by pouring in olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, parsley, pepper, and basil.
4๏ธโฃ Stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold.
