as a gluten-dairy intolerant, after 1 year of medication, i can handle a small amount of gluten/dairy BUT i can’t consume like a bread/something all dairy. I respect what you trust and your opinion, but how bout you also respect people with condition like me? your judgement hurts people’s feeling dude, i will pray that you will be healthy and never get allergies on your life.
That’s why I avoid to eat at the restaurants. I rarely eat outside. I’m celiac and I just eat somewhere if I’m 100% sure there is no gluten or dairy on my food. I generally go to a vegan restaurant and eat some mix of health food but sometimes I still get cross contamination with something.
Gluten sensitivities are different than an allergy I think. Those people are still affected by it but maybe not to the same extreme as say someone with celiac. I don’t know for sure but that’s what my rationalizing concludes.
My daugther doesn't have celiac but has been put on a gf diet for an autoimmune disorder so eveything we buy now is gf. If that bread is gluten free I need that recipe!!
Some ppl like myself can eat low amounts of gluten say in sauce or sometimes in meatballs but to have bread from the bread basket or pizza, it would cause my joints to hurt for a few days in addition to cramping and tmi-diarrhea. I was tested for celiac. Was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. So there you go…
I think that the person who created this video does NOT understand Celiac disease. And to those who wonder about testing, there are two ‘tests’ used together to determine celiac disease. BTW, if a person ‘cheats’ on their GF diet, they are not going to collapse in the restaurant and die on the spot, but they may suffer later at home or years later as they have found with Celiac disease.
I don't think you understand what a gluten allergy is… gluten causes a sliding scale of chronic inflammation in the digestive track. Your not going to have an "allergic reaction" you will have long lasting negative health effects and nutrition deficiency.
people who do gluten free diets for the fun of it or the benefit of it and like go mad when it’s on a dish piss me off but then again they’re soft ass makes it more common to find gluten free items, but there are people who are actually allergic to it and it hurts them, bro i’m allergic to bread but i stack it yerrrr
Okay so I have a gluten allergy, usually if you eat gluten you would get sick like 2-5 hours later ( well at least do ) also soy sauce isn’t always gluten, we always have those days when we forget to ask ❤😂
Soy sauce has less than 5 parts per million of gluten – that’s less than the 20 ppm the FDA considers gluten free. So maybe keep your judgements to yourself unless you’re going to do at least one Google search.
-sincerely, a person with celiac who doesn’t want to have an entire conversation with you about gluten so please just bring my food as I ordered it
As someone who literally has a DISEASE called celiacs which means I literally CAN'T eat gluten and if I do I will literally do PERMANENT damage to my lower intestine maybe you should look into it a bit before behaving like this and even if the person doesn't like gluten just don't put it in if someone tells you not to put something in their food you don't put it in their food it doesn't matter if their lying or not because they could be telling the truth and you could be leading someone to death

I know multiple people who eat foods that give them an unpleasant reaction. Stop looking for reasons to complain about other people’s choices.
