First time making carbonara at home! Was craving the flavours I enjoyed in Italy. I went to the grocery store but I couldn’t find any pici or thick spaghetti pasta, so I decided to make my own. Was a big hit!

-pancetta
-two egg yolks
-lots of Parmigiano reggiano
-black pepper

-pasta dough is 00 flour and egg

    They were also sold out of pecorino Romano at the shop 😫 next time I’ll try with that
