Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper are a great classic of Italian cuisine. One of those dishes that you learn to make as a student and never forget. Easy, fast, cheap and above all tasty, it is perfect for a quick but incredibly loved lunch during the night spaghetti when hunger strikes suddenly.

But how do you make spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli creamy? Here we reveal all our tricks!
INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti
400g
Garlic
5 cloves
Chillies

Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION
To make spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, first remove the garlic cloves from the shirt and cut them into rather thin slices, then slice the chillies, the quantity of chillies depends a lot on their intensity.

Put the freshly prepared ingredients in a large pan and add a drizzle of oil, then turn on the heat. At this point you have to be very careful not to burn the garlic, as soon as the oil starts to sizzle, wait about 30 seconds and turn off the heat. The garlic and chilli pepper will release their aromas in the hot oil without needing to continue cooking.

Plunge the spaghetti into plenty of boiling salted water and cook them al dente. Hours add a ladle of pasta cooking water to the pan, light the fire and mix until you get a sort of emulsion. Transfer the pasta to the pan and finish cooking, stirring it with the sauce.

If you wish, you can enrich the recipe to your taste by adding chopped parsley, or parmesan or crunchy bread crumbs.
