Sloppy plating, especially considering its GORDON RAMSEY! 🤷♀️ A basil leaf on top would've helped. Fine for home-cooked meal BUT if someone served him that plate like that he would've dropped the f'bomb!!! 😂

ramsay treats and yells at people in his shows like they are trash. imagine what he is like when the cameras are off. a thug. contrast with robert irvine who rescues people and uses care. its amazing the difference. or even ina garden who is such a lady. ramsay is a foul person, period i dont care how well he cooks.

Gordon you shut make a 30 minute version of this dish and show the neophytes different ways to make the same dish in a given time interval (10 min 30 min 60 min) . Thats a form of culinary content that could be a once a month or once a week kind of thing. You can structure the content however you wish – And you can have some fun with it – a guy like Gino – he's Italian – he needs an hour so he can sip wine and talk .

Wanted to try this recipe before I cooked for 6 guests. As an accomplished chef Gordon can do it in 10 minutes no doubt. But I could not cook the salsa and pork simultaneously. I cooked them one after another, so it took 20 minutes. The result was still very good. I am now confident that I can cook for my guests next week. Thank you Gordon for showing us this inspiring dish 🙏👍👏
