    Both pasta dishes looked so delicious and I love that you don’t have to cook the pasta separately. I love making a good baked pasta because my family loves it but sometimes it just feels like to much work. This makes it much easier. Love all your recipes & videos Lydia.❤

    I had done the same with bolognese sauce with penne (nor did I boil the penne), popped it into the iven to bake for 45 minutes & it came out "chef's kiss"…. perfectly el dente & delicious 😋
