FYI wine is marked up 75-100% so the menu prices are double the wholesale prices. Probably most of it is worthless because it was not Temperature controlled.. I use to run a beverage warehouse

You guys should do a weekly wine roulette with these bottles. Pick like 4 bottles a week, open them and see which are spoiled and which are good, if any are good lol
