Great views, definitely declutter . Crappy all the bars on the windows, but I see in Mexico & Costa Rica. Even my neighbors across the street.
In English that half floor " landing" would be called a mezzanine, or maybe even a loft. that's popular today in houses in the US to have a loft that looks down into other rooms below.I liked the rock "sculpture" on the wall in the bedroom.

It never ceases to amaze me how people expect to sell a property which is apparently so unloved and full of clutter. Surely to goodness they could have removed all the furniture piled up in every room and cleaned at least a bit. It has zero appeal as it stands as a potential buyer wouldn’t be able to appreciate the space and would want to negotiate a lower price.
