The house has a really nice outdoor space that seems rare in a city center location (and at this price). Is it true, this is rare? By the way, I now get worried when I see you have done a new real estate video…I worry you are going to buy every house you see! Thank you for the tour, and for keeping your house tours down to earth rather than glossy.
covered in black mold ….. typical shaded problems on properties that have no damp proofing, it will eventually rise up through the thickest of walls to aprox 2 metres .. you see it with all Italian properties, you basically need to live above an open garage to escape damp in Italy skip a ground floor and start at 1
