  1. OR lazy.

    Pectic enzymes (they eat pectin, which causes pectic haze like this in fruit based wines) are ENTIRELY natural. They are just serving to a stupid "all natural" fad. PE is as natural as the oil on your skin

  2. Even if wine is made without sulfite you still have to label it as such because the fermentation process creates enough per ppm.

  3. Hangover part sadly not true, its the histamines and not the sulfur
    Histamines that come from the second fermantation
