    I got an traditional recipe for this dish (northern Italy style)

    For 400g pasta use the following ingredients:

    – 1 glove of garlic
    – 100g walnuts
    – 50g pine nuts
    – 50g old bread (crumbled)
    – 300ml milk
    – 50ml olive oil
    – salt and pepper

    Directions:
    1. Soak the bread in milk for 15 minutes
    2. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend it until you have a nice paste (like pesto)
    3. boil your pasta al dente (in well salted water)
    4. toss pasta into sauce and add pasta water until you have the desired consistency
