Hey guys! I use this recipe all the time to cook my favourite meal, hope you will enjoy.
I am an amateur cook, or as I like to say, Self taught.
Ingredients:
-Butter (can swap with olive oil)
-Garlic
-Chilli flakes
-Capsicum
-Broccoli (blanching is optional)
-Chard stem
-Swiss chard leaves
-Sauces: soy sauce + oyster sauce
(I have used left over dimsum sauces from take out)
– noodles/ spaghetti
(I prefer pink harvest’s edamame noodle)
-Optional: mixed herbs/ garlic crisps/ seasoning.
