It's such an awful build. To have the kichen/living room/dining room all in the same area is stupid. Who wants to all be hanging out on top of each other? $200 HOA is robbery.. just my stupid opinions 🙂
This one is pricey for a lot of dead space incl all the other fees that are attached with the home it almost feels like there s better value out there. Always enjoy your attention to detail.
Bedroom and closet are way to small
I was thinking the same thing in my mind before you commented on the dead space and the dining room table adjacent to the living room. What a waste of space. I would make that space for an office with a glass or barn door. I agree that the Pioneer model is the best.
It’s actually a nice modern minimalist type house. I think you were a little too harsh criticizing it, Chakits😂. Not too many people like modern minimalism but this house actually looks very convenient to live. Let’s not forget it has a beautiful pool!!! Construction of a new pool is very pricey and time consuming process!!!

HOAs need to calm down. Yikes. I'd like to see real justification for HOA fees above $100/mo. Disclosed public, and as part of the sales process. Somone is making a ton of money and hiding why.

i’m upset i’m lookin for the blue heron home you toured on your channel but i can’t find it. i had the the nail that didn’t really show the house jus a little building that was was by the pool. the house was more designed for events than actually living there it had like 3 bedrooms and had a rock fireplace that that was held back by a cage. i really wanna find this video
Chuck the house is just dull🤨🤨🤨 and yes there is a lot of dead space the home is boring and what not😕😕😕😕 it's just better to look for a Toll Brothers, Pulte, or a Pinnacle home or maybe you can find some semi custom home builder I'm sure you could do some thing for 800k even Tri Pointe homes are better then this house sorry Chuck but this place is a no go for me I know I'm being negative again but I have to be honest😊😊😊 see you on the next video.😋😋😋😋😋
