  1. So pleasantly shocked to see Tom & Jaz on Channel 4's "Britain's Most Expensive Homes" last night! Well done to all of you and huge congratulations!!! 😊🤍

  2. Guys you know what would be cool in future? Show the homes with some supercars it would be funny to see you guys reaction starting the engines 😂.

PD: Even If you consider well this idea too, you can show some supercars in a video like a small review or luxury rv's.

  3. Beautiful home.. but I could not live surrounded by the other homes all looking at each other. For this money I would want unbridled privacy

  4. I like the overall design of the this home and color scheme since it suits the environment. I am just wondering if the elevators are wheel-chair accessible because otherwise there's no point in having in 2-3 storey home

  5. Fantastic interior but I can't understand why they build them so close together….Knowing my luck I'd spend $14m USD on a house with noisy kids one side and party loving influencers on the other….given the money I'd spend half of the value of this glorified estate house on a villa with 50 acres somewhere quiet and private. Sorry it's a downer but nice house, poor location.

  6. The house seems to be quite acceptable, but the view is an endless row of macmansions. Plus I have to recognize that I don’t understand the concept of Dubai: a big quantity of tall buildings and extreme heat. I don’t think I could live there.

  7. If I had £11M to spend on a house , I would expect minimum 4 car garage. For the price expected I think this is a major design flaw

  8. Love the exterior façade both during the day and at night. I agree the neighborhood style closeness might not be the best. But the views overlooking the rest of Dubai especially at night was enchanting. Loved the LED lighting everywhere. The bathrooms were spacious and inviting. The interior design was a bit basic so nothing there really stood out for me. Overall great property and tour.

  9. My personal opinion…..for the price you're a bit too overlooked by neighbours. Fascinating how Dubai can turn a desert green but in the UK, a couple weeks without rain and it's hosepipe bans.

  10. 50m USD and all the neighbours can see you. Plus the place looks like everything was bought at Ikea.

  11. That home needs a bit of colour on the walls and lovely colourful rugs. Colourful cushions. A bit (ok, a lot) of too much beige/grey for my liking. Seems to be the trend nowadays.

  12. Beautifully decorated but all the rooms seem small and filled with furniture, we have not seen a floor plan but from the video, the house looks like they have poorly planned spaces. Who with any sense would put a large dining table with chairs at the bottom of the basement stairs and then fill the only 2-car garage with furniture, house needs a rethink as it was planned out by a hoarder with great taste of luxury furniture. The house is massively overpriced for what you get, Dubai has no shortage of space unlike London or New York. If you are willing to drop £11m on a Dubai home there are better options, like he says in the video they are trying to set a price record for that development. At least with the Palm, there is a limit to the space.

  13. So you would get rid of the treadmill in the gym and keep the TV in there? 😂

  14. Is there anything like proof recession stock? I am 57 years and would like to have a better knowledge in managing my retirement portfolio which is currently $1.25M…down from a high of $1.67M
