In this video, we will be sharing cupping therapy being applied to a large swelling on the elbow caused by an insect bite on professional Muay Thai Fighter Ahmed Badat just days before he is due to fight. Hijama or wet cupping draws out all the stagnated blood and swelling from the area to clear the waste allowing the body to heal better. Ahmed felt immediate relief from what was an extremely painful area. Just days after he was so much better and was able to win his fight.

Amezing its very amezing!!! thnak you Doc. Very impress
How interesting this is. I never knew that cupping would have si many benefits.
Shoulda gone to a proper doctor.
Boring!!
I could not hear the dr
Too low
This was absolutely fascinating!
I loved tooth the patient and the practioner ìn this, and was interested to hear the positive principles behind cupping finally… to encourage the body to do its own thing and draw out inflammation 2° to infection, toxin, trauma, muscular tension.
I can see where detractors get their ammo from though. The pulling of blood seems to injure, inflame the tissue in its own right, leaving more healing to take place. But you have a grasp of this form of healing from the view of the much larger therapeutic picture.
I've never seen a procedure like this. It's amazing! Best of luck to your patient. I hope he was back to health quickly 🙏 🩷🩷🩷
This is similar to using leaches, I would imagine. I hope it has success. ✌🏻🤍
I love cupping ,it helped repair a tear in my shoulder
😊
What a huge mess. Also is making the wound larger.
It looks like an eye.
Very interesting
This reminds me of an old technique of "Bleeding"
I hope there will be a follow up video.
What Dr. in their right mind would tell him to 'leave it alone'? Glad he could be helped.
This looks sorer than the bite 😢
Where is the worm
Very cool video! Unreal how such a small insect can cause such damage. Hopefully he is fully healed!
The patient seems like such a sweet man!
Our doctor uses a Vaseline closed opening with tape and wait. Larwa comes out by themselves because they need air.
