This video is pretty much a dream come true, a big part of the reason we moved to Italy is the amazing food traditions. We are so lucky to be able to visit two amazing factories producing some of Italy’s finest foods; Parmigiano and Prociutto di Parma. Afterwards it is quiet obvious that they didn’t disappoint.
Our tour guides showed us the whole process with great amounts of passion to they’re old craft. The same passion shines through when eating these amazing products. Food is really god in Italy, and I always wondered why Italians get so old? I the food plays a big part.
I hope you enjoy our visit to all two amazing factories and one shop with italian specialties, if you want a similar experience I’m sure its possible to get a hold of them either through they’re website, dropping by or through Parma Point as we initially did;

And last but not least, feel free to correct me if I lost something in translation. I’m not an italian language or food expert yet, but I’m working on it!
