Girl you had me laughing so hard “why I get hazed”. Girl I have 4 kids 1 is an adult now. My husband wonders why I’m so tired when he gets home. I be emotional, mentally, and physically drained. 😂. But I love my lil bugs. ❤

I made my own version of your energy bites: oatmeal, peanut butter, syrup, and flax seeds. It was surprisingly good! I'll add white chocolate chips next time

Jess, make a smoothie with the oatmeal, berries, syrup, cinnamon, and peanut butter. Just add more liquid and make it into a smoothie. I do that but with almond butter since I am allergic to peanuts 😒. If you like bananas, Quicker had a banana walnut oatmeal, you can do that with the oat milk, peanut or almond butter, berries or you can omit the berries.

@OnlyOneJess Don't forget that JESUS is your therapist, girl. I don't know why, but I feel compelled to tell you that there is no perfect childhood, and honestly without GOD I would've definitely been a product of my environment, which is to say a bad product because of my parents toxic relationship. I had a relationship with GOD throughout childhood, but it took me realizing that He wants an invitation into the areas of our life that we're trying to fix with other methods. Our GOD wants to be the entire project team for our issues. The manager, the coordinator, the budgeting team, everything! That's why when you submit something to GOD, you have to do it right way and leave it entirely in His hands. Whether it be your family, your career, in your case your childhood trauma and any other problems you might be having. I would've had trust issues from my parents divorce if it weren't for JESUS. It doesn't matter how many years have distanced you from the sowing of a bad seed into your character, GOD only needs one day to begin pulling that seed out if you'll only let Him. I love you so much in CHRIST, Jess ❤❤❤ !
