  1. What about building banquet seating along the wall, giving you restaurant vibes. You can put some nice sconces/lighting for evenings to make it cozy and do a large mirror or accent wall behind the bench. That way you could have the table off center and add chairs instead of a bench that you need to tuck under. It would also be comfy😊

  2. The bold brass frame and light fights the old world look of your “Apple” painting. If you could maybe reframe it with something that compliments the other pictures in that room. Lovely house!

  3. Beautiful Macenna! You could use the Ikea rug that you said was going up to Romeo's office, under the table in the dining room. The colours would go well together I think – anyway, all your rooms are looking stunning!

  4. Hey MaCenna! Idk if you'd like this, but it's just an idea lol….. I was thinking that your little vanity table would look cute as a little coffee station where you put the bench, maybe with some plant stands next to it to fill out that empty space. That something I would try and see how it looks orrrr maybe get a bar cart for that area and put two stacked shelves in between those two windows for pretty glasses and bottles. 🙂

  5. Wouldve loved to see the cafe curtain rods used with the boards ahh! Wouldve gave french bistro cafe vibes. And I think banquette seating either under the window or straight across against the dividing wall with the kitchen mixed with individual vintage chairs would look so good in the dining room. 💞💞💞

  6. Hi how are the brick floors? Do they hurt when you walk barefoot? Can you vacuum them or do you have to sweep?

  7. Incredible how small changes can make such a difference! And your video skills surely makes it even better!

  8. TUSCAN….(I am catching up on your vids…been a busy month)…But I know you just asked about the style in a recent vid. You’re right it’s a little bit of everything. But that’s what I always thought Tuscan was, it’s a little bit country mixed with a variety of Italian, Mediterranean, French & overall European. It doesn’t lend itself to be too specific, yet it all flows and it’s beautiful. Just as your signature style always is & does. I think that the moodiness you love, combined with the perfect blend of old and new, is the best way to describe your style and your new dream home! ❤

  9. I need to know what brand that sink is! It’s everything I have been looking for ❤❤❤❤

  10. I really enjoyed this video. Your presentation was so relaxing and at the same time stimulating. Loved the Zen like music. You gave me some ideas that I may try. 😊 Thanks MaCenna you're the best 👌

  11. You have same vibe of the house of katie rosenfeld house in Massachusett from home worthy channel u can check it out for some inspiration and so much love to u love ur videos so much❤️✨️

  12. Lol! "I didn't mean to turn it into a construction site – it just happened." 😂 I relate to this so much, even for the smaller things like putting up curtain rods – I didn't have the right wood screw after finding studs and hence the process took longer than expected because I had to run to the hardware store 😅 I love how you paired the paintings in your kitchen! Love Strong Influence and Black Chiffon for your cabinets! A dark color on the cabinets I think would let the tile stand out better.

  13. Why not paint your kitchen tile until you are ready to take on a serious reno? I did it in our house. We had it 3 years before we re-did the kitchen and it held up great.

  14. Definitely the last one (Strong Influence)!! Like you said how often do you get to go bold because it’s not going to be permanent!! I love the new dark edgy vibe that’s having a moment.

  15. I think Mom made Postcards from Italy for your LA kitchen it's the perfect height for between the windows!

  16. Romeo is a gem!! My husband would come home and flip shit. I love that he just stayed calm.

  17. Where did you get the sink? I need a sink like that in my life. I looked for a link but I don't see one…..

  18. Love, love, love your new home! What about a built in bench under the window in your dining room? It would give you extra storage and you could push the table up to it. The chairs could go under the table on the opposite side and create a pathway between the wall and the table. Just a thought. You are so talented construction would be a breeze. Tried to post this before but it didn’t post?! Beautiful job decorating with what you already own.❤

  19. I think a big beautiful olive tree or other tree where the vases are in the corner of the dining room would be gorgeous and bring some warmth and life to the space! Loving these videos!

  20. Have you considered a bench along the wall under the breaker box (maybe an old church pew?) that would work as seating for one side of a narrow, rectangle table? It drastically cuts down on space needed since you don’t pull chairs in and out plus would allow a nice place to sit with a gorgeous view to your amazing yard!
