  2. this shows how individual health is, once again! i feel like ever since i’ve become vegetarian and increased my plant protein, my health has increased by tenfold. i still eat a lot of animal proteins like greek yog or eggs, but i find that a mix of both is ideal for me. everyone should figure out what works for them and i’m so glad you found the diet that makes you feel best!

  4. Loved the video and recipes and meal prep – my husband is trying to build more muscle with added protein – definitely going to try the eggs with cottage cheese – do you ever crave red meat for more iron?

  8. are you trying to cut calories, because a lot of the stuff your eating is very low calorie items, like using olive oil spray instead of olive oil? why is that?
