This experience was the highlight of our stay on the Amalfi Coast.
We started off with a hike through the wild land in the heart of Monterpertuso, foraging wild herbs, aromatic plants and flowers, learning about their gastronomic traditional and forgotten uses. Not only did we learn how to prepare a handful of delicious dishes but we also got to experience the amazing herbs and flowers of the region through Giacomo’s guidance, passion and strong connection to the land.
