A spectacular white wine from Valtellina, Lombardia. Located 800 metres above sea level, or “quota ottocento”, this rare indigenous grape variety called Solaris brings an unparallel profile. ๐
With citrus and herbal aromas and refreshing on the palate, with high acidity, mineral notes and dryness, it makes a wonderful pairing with raw seafood like sashimi.๐ด

๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ข ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐. This 100% Nebbiolo wine is from Valtellina’s, the subzone of Sassella, bringing some incredible spicy and earthy characteristics due to the ageing of this wine.
๐ Brilliant ruby red colour. ๐๐ฝ Intense and delicate bouquet with hints of morello cherries, hazelnuts and small red fruits. ๐
Harmonious flavour, velvety, warm.
๐ดPairs really well with stakes and flavourful pasta dishes with meat sauce.

๐ Ruby-red tending towards garnet colour; characteristic hints of small fruits like raspberry, as well as floral violet and dog rose notes๐๐ฝ; on the palate, it is dry, austere and robust, with typical hazelnut and dried plum hints ๐
