Nick, great video. The lamp over the Nino Cerruti-designed bed—and elsewhere throughout the villa—is the ‘Tolomeo’ by Artemide (not ‘Archimedes’, as you misstate. An honest mistake!☺️). Cheers.

And I suppose I did buy some of his suits, back in the day… [when he was having that green downstairs bathroom tiled…] BUT honestly, this is a little too voyeuristic for my taste (this particular one-take) of how the other half live. This is an amazing property, plus the Cerruti connection. I found the ground floor especially inviting and cozy. The curved wood and glass doorways are a nice touch. I like the mix of styles. In this calm, park setting, I think I'd feel inspired to be a designer. I'm shocked the reserve price is so low. Please let us know what this property goes for after the auction.
