  1. Nick, great video. The lamp over the Nino Cerruti-designed bed—and elsewhere throughout the villa—is the ‘Tolomeo’ by Artemide (not ‘Archimedes’, as you misstate. An honest mistake!☺️). Cheers.

  2. Such a beautiful home. Granted it needs some work but it could be really more fantastic than it is. Loved that last room you went into with the arched ceilings. Amazing work. The grounds look just gorgeous. Ahhh…. Italy. Thanks Nick xo

  3. Unbelievable! This is not a house, it's a real home. Everything about it is inviting…the colors! The beautiful golden hidden room! Absolutely no ostentation, just pure style and comfort. Watching this almost makes me weep with longing. Exquisite.

  4. Fabulous one Nick! So enjoyed the tour! I will be watching to see what it actually sells for as 1.2 seems very low for such a gorgeous place steeped in recent history! Excellent! Thank you as always

  5. We love your stuff Nick. Wonders. And I suppose I did buy some of his suits, back in the day… [when he was having that green downstairs bathroom tiled…] BUT honestly, this is a little too voyeuristic for my taste (this particular one-take) of how the other half live. Rather unbecoming. Looking forward to your next one-take.

  6. Beautiful estate! Love those glass doors in the first rooms you entered. Interesting history as well. Thanks so much for this tour Nick!! ❤

  7. It would be a crime to paint the outside …
Or chance the bathrooms …they are basic but so beautiful .
No modern tile can beat that …
And thanks for the trees Nick , you know I love them too !

  8. This is an amazing property, plus the Cerruti connection. I found the ground floor especially inviting and cozy. The curved wood and glass doorways are a nice touch. I like the mix of styles. In this calm, park setting, I think I'd feel inspired to be a designer. I'm shocked the reserve price is so low. Please let us know what this property goes for after the auction. Nick, thanks for showing us this property, pointing out some of the interesting bits, and doing so with your usual enthusiasm!

  9. Beautiful patina with classic and effortless elegance…about the average price of a 2 bedroom condo with a view in Vancouver, so comparatively, great value. The slow filming style really sets the right mood. 👏🇮🇹

  10. Wow, double wow!!! What a remarkable tour through such a gorgeous home! The family definitely chose the right person to showcase this historic property. Great job!

  11. This was an incredible tour. Every room, every building was so warm and inviting. The history, views and grounds were nothing short of captivating. What a privilege it would be to live here! You are the best. Thank you Nick for a another spectacular tour. stay safe.

  12. Well I've been speechless up until the kitchen when I could hear myself say oh my goodness
