Extra virgin olive oil
White vinegar
White wine
Anchovies
Red Chili
2 Potatoes
Thyme
Tomatoes
Green peas
Celery
1 Carrots
2 cloves garlic
Onions
1 kilo of lamb (shoulder or leg)
