    Very nicely made. But these are cappelletti, not tortellini.

    What’s the recipe for the filling? Sounds interesting.

    These look perfect. What kind of machine do you use to press the pasta dough?

  4. This is the exact shape we use here in Russia to create Pelmeni (dumplings)! I didn’t know Italians consider them as pasta. Those look very tasty though, almost perfect!
