Ingredients:
Any pasta (macaroni or penne): 250 gm.
Vegetable pasta sauce: 100 gm
Oil: 4 spoons
Butter: small block
Garlic: 5 cloves chopped
Thickened cream: 4 spoons
Grated cheddar cheese: 50 gm.
Oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder: as per the taste
Salt: as required
Broccoli, button mushrooms and capsicum: chopped
Parsley or coriander leaves: a few leaves.

Preparation:
Boil pasta in 3 cups of water by adding some salt and oil.
Drain pasta, add some cold water and keep it aside.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic and roast it well.
Add vegetables into the pan, salt, close the lid and cook until they become soft.
Add pasta sauce, thickened cream, cheese and give it a nice stir.
Add cooked pasta into the pan.
Add oregano, chilli flakes and pepper powder according to the taste.
Finally add some parsley or coriander leaves to give a final touch.
Yummy and Creamy Pink Sauce Pasta is now ready to be served.
