OH PLEASE; I knew there was a GOOD Reason that I didn't want to Go to Italy, in like EVER. I am Glad that I watched this Video So don't waste my time and effort Going there.
I'm really liking your video but you don't seem like a southern and you don't actually seem American. YOU seem Russian because of your eyes and your face and your manner– with a platinum Italian hairstyle since Italians I think have gone blond. SO to quote someone who is now infamous: Where did you where do you really come from?
Tipping is not mandatory in all Europeans countries, actually. This is an American thing.
Its not a country, its a cage.
I eat the way I like.
hahaha stupid video.
Well we are enjoying your U Tube videos. Y'all are so helpful ☺️ Y'all from North Carolina 🤗
M’am are you the polish Ukraine person ? very nice channel fun .
Whats John Bercow doing on the gondola?
Oh my goodness! I loved this video and especially the ending, I thought Indie was going to get stuck. Grazie mille Nicki and Carlo
Just a few notes by an italian: if someone hits you not apologizing for it, he is definitely rude. And public transport isn't always late. It's more a Rome thing than a general italian one. Here in Milan public transport is always on time (but we also have strikes).
Well. In italian cities with a lot of tourism goin' on, they are quite used to seeing pasta eaten in unusual ways. Not a problem at all. There's not a right way to put stuff inside your mouth, providing you are able to close it back again. Eat the way you want. Just be educate and kind and you are fine. Please do not scream!
Hello my dear Anastasia, I just love your tips and I'm planning to visit Venice, Rome, Florence and Pompeii in June/23 with my husband, can you recommend not very expensive places to stay, also some authentic Italian restaurants?
How do you ask for food to go and is that allowed? To just take the food and go sit somewhere else? And what about taking leftover food home from the restaurant? Thanks!
The transportation point is a Rome thing. Public transportation works very well in Milan.
About dress code. You're right. There culture, There rules.
I'm Italian and I didn't even know the first one😂
Fork and spoon is the proper way to long noodles
Please, read what an italian writes for you.😉
Yes, actually there are italians who eat long pasta using a spoon, and they are boors.😅
Omg nobody eats pasta with a spoon…Like how??
Been to Italy.
Bad experience and rudeness overloaded. All Asian are treated as refugees including tourists.
The whites stare into your eye like you going to take away their freedom!!
Going to a country with too many dos and don’t is not pilgrimage. It’s a holidays!!! 😅
About accents, in Italy we have like a 100 accents (different areas of the country). It would be difficult to talk with an italian accent unless you know them. Furthermore you will present pasta in a bowl in trattorias, very down to heart restaurants. In formal dines, pasta comes in plates.
My question is who is not eating pasta with a fork
What part of North Carolina are you from? We are planning a trip to Italy in October for our 35 wedding Anniversary and are just in the planning stages.
In short, when in Rome do what the Romans do!
I always wish when going out to nice restaurants, that people would be more conscious of what they wear. The fanciest of restaurants around, and people in jeans and tshirts. I love this aspect of many European places. I'm no fashionista, but come on people… no tshirts!
Hmmm maybe they should concentrate more on getting rid of pick pockets
How I get to saridina I wanna visit the beaches
I'm wanting to visit Rome and take my grown daughter. Probably for a week or two or three, and we want to eat a lot. Shop, Lodging. How much money should I bring for two? Thank you
Very enlightening video. A little off topic maybe, but there’s this woman I got in touch with during the market downsizing which cost me my job. Ms. Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading platform and strategies, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady
Very useful ❤ thanks
As an italian, im always weirded out when ppl speak english with an italian accent. At least the northern part where im from doesn’t speak like that. So thank you for mentioning it
……faboulous people…………..?
Dont order pineapple on pizza? 😅
Best not to wear white when eating pasta .tomato sauce stains difficult to get out.
Some restaurants offer a spray to get stains out at your table
No shirtless or swimwear …. So they are banning people from New Jersey. Good.
Who is invited as a guest to a home and does not come with some sort of gift? Far too many people in my experience but this is basic etiquette anywhere in the world.
As a small town American, I can't help but smile at people I pass, but I look away quickly so as not to make them feel awkward.
You forgot to say that pineapple on pizza is illegal in Italy.
