This evening I took my Filipina wife to the newest fine dining Italian Restaurant called Bistro 8 located at 321 San Pablo, Balibago, Angeles, Pampanga.

You were right about the pizza being more of a "traditional" type of Italian pizza. What most Americans are used to is the Americanized version of pizza. So when faced with a real Italian pizza, some just don't like it due in part to some of the issues you mentioned….thanks for letting us know about the place, I will give it a try when the menu expands!
You should consider looking out for some of those "out of the way" places to eat….that would add a new dimension to your vlog…..just a thought
Looks like a very nice atmosphere but I’m not sure about the location for longevity. If I had a car, I would avoid the place on a Friday night mainly due to traffic.
Margherita style pizza is an ancestor of the true best style of pizza in the world, good 'ol American style!

I seen better looking pizzas at Domino's LOL
It is Margherita style pizza. It was originally made for Queen Margherita of Italy and the cheese, sauce, and basil are supposed to be the colors of the Italian flag. Most of the pizza I ate in Italy was similar to this style done in the brick oven like you mentioned.

Yes Sir – cheese – they way they put it on the pizza – is Italian. I spent 3 years in Napoli – looks authentic and a great price! When i come back – will certainly visit! Thank-you!
The pizza definitely doesn't look good. Undercooked and too thick.

4:25 Zane’s Restaurant has no online info. With a name like that I bet the menu has to be interesting. Best of Luck to Bistro 8! Lot’s plate of food looked delicious, the pizza they are going for is Neapolitan which needs to bake at 800° and the dough may need to be reworked if that’s the style they’re going for. But the pasta looked 💯!

Drove past there on our way to Envys after spending over two hours in the new Landers store. We thought it looked new and wondered about it, and now having seen it will definitely give it a try.
By the way, if you do like italian restaurants, have you tried Al Bacio on 21st Street. I can well recommend there for service and food.

Being a Chicago area boy from what I can see living in Bohol it looks like the 69 rock bar(never tasted it it or plugging it) has the best pizza there by just looking at it…Im not a foodie by all means but Pizza is the only food I can judge by just looking at it..For some reason I think you were being a nice guy trying to cover up that the pizza you just ate was not to your liking…Nice try

If you ever visit Cebu, there is an Italian restaurant on the first floor at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino called The Gondola. This is the same hotel with the U.S. Consulate for the Visayas region. The Gondola is off the charts. Bistro 8 looks like a winner. My wife and I will try that place the next time we are in Angeles. Nice video.
