Kathryn and Tug interview Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, one of America’s most respected wine professionals. Bobby talks about his love for Friuli and all things Italy. Bobby recounts his early career days and how he discovered his passion for restaurants and wine. He explains how he and chef/partner Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson chose Boulder, Colorado as the location for their flagship restaurant, Frasca, in 2004. Since then they have added many other restaurants to the group in Boulder and Denver including Pizzeria Locale, Tavernetta and Sunday Vinyl. The hosts gather tips for breaking into the hospitality industry and how to study wine.
