Welcome back to Nicely Spicy. Today’s recipe is a yummy and healthy Grilled Chicken – 4 ways. I have marinated the Chicken breasts in 4 ways – Tandoori, Barbeque, Peri Peri and Italian Herbs. This recipe can be had as is for a very protein and lean lunch/dinner or added to Soups, Salads, Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, etc. Basically, I meal prep chicken this way and use it in the week’s meals as it comes very handy in various recipes and cuts the cooking time too.
You can serve this sliced or cubed for party starters or over Rice, Noodles or Mashed Potatoes. Alternatively, you can grill Chicken legs. My imaginations is endless and so is yours, so looking forward for your ideas using this grilled chicken recipes in comments.
